The weekdays are mostly over. How have they been? Busy? Slow? Gratifying? Meaningful? Stressful? Worthwhile? Focused? Effective? Scattered? A combination?

As you move through your day today, notice how you feel. When you walk are you moving quickly? Sauntering about? Pacing? When you sit are you centered with both feet on the floor? Legs crossed? Foot tapping? What is your body telling you?

What do you notice about your breath? Is your breathing shallow? Uneven? Or with full intake? Do you feel energized? Dull? Droopy?

Take a moment to center yourself. Take some deep, slow breaths. Sit calmly with yourself for a few moments. And notice how you finish out the day.
